Provides loan and grant funds for essential home repairs for very low income families. Loans are made at 1% interest for up to 20 years. Grants are made on a very limited basis to the most needy individuals who are over 62 years old. All funds are restricted to areas considered rural. Loans are secured by a Deed of trust on the property. Offers low interest loans and grants to correct health/safety hazards.
