The Frameworks initiative provides a variety of programs to support, build, and strengthen West Virginia families. These include adoptive and foster parent recruitment, child specific adoption recruitment, and kinship care for relative caregivers. FrameWorks is not a direct service adoption program. The main role of the program is to provide families with information and support.
